Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at 918kaya or using any services provided through this platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 918kaya platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 918kaya as the platform operator. This agreement is governed under the international licensing framework applicable to 918kaya.

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 918kaya. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

• Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• 918kaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Accounts found to be using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately without any refund.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their account password remains secure and is not shared with any party.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to the 918kaya support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

918kaya supports several payment methods for the convenience of members. All transactions are handled securely and with encryption. The following are the main conditions relating to financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are each RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 10 and 45 minutes, subject to any required verification.
• 918kaya reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of being related to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• All amounts displayed and processed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM), except for cryptocurrency payments which use the current exchange rate.
• Any funds in an account that has been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance fee in accordance with 918kaya's internal policy.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 918kaya are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated alongside each offer. The following are general conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• The 200% Welcome Bonus of up to RM1,500 is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 and must be met first.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash.
• 918kaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of terms and may result in account termination.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through unauthorised methods will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related balance.

Game and Wagering Rules

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed once a game round has fully concluded.

• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

A member's progress in the VIP program is based on activity and loyalty in using the platform. Cashback is credited automatically and is subject to the wagering terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Account Closure and Suspension

918kaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, false identity verification, or money laundering.
• Use of multiple accounts or unauthorised bonus claims.
• Misuse of the platform or interference with other users.
• Failure to meet age or identity verification requirements.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 918kaya customer support team. Any remaining balance after account closure will be returned in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, subject to a compliance review.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer
